Refund policy

At Hamuq, we offer a 120-night free trial on all our products, allowing you to experience them in the comfort of your home. We recommend trying the products for at least 30 nights to give your body time to adjust. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in donatable condition, meaning it should have no rips or stains.

If you decide that your Hamuq mattress or bed frame isn’t for you, we’ll arrange for a courier to remove the product from your home. The item will then either be donated to a local charity or recycled. For all other products, we’ll provide you with a prepaid FedEx label to return the items to us free of charge. Regardless of the product, your original form of payment will be fully refunded.

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@hamuq.com, and we will arrange the return process for you. Refunds are processed immediately after the pickup of your mattress, although it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Returned mattresses are either donated to a local charity or recycled, as appropriate.

    • If you decide to return the mattress, the entire bundle must also be returned or it can be kept at full retail price.
    • The full retail price will be based on the prices listed on our website at the time of your original purchase.

Hamuq reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically.
