At Hamuq, we offer free shipping on all orders. However, please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Canadian Territories.

Delivery Time
Once your order is processed, it will typically be delivered within 2-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations
Hamuq currently ships to all locations across Canada and the United States.

Missed Deliveries
If you're not available at the time of delivery, don't worry! If the courier feels it's safe, they may leave the package at your door. If this isn't possible, the courier will attempt to deliver your package again for the next two days. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, your package may be held at the courier's nearest location, where you can pick it up at your convenience.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage, including the packaging, and email them to us at info@hamuq.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

Delivery Scheduling
While we are unable to offer specific delivery times, we often use reliable couriers like FedEx to ensure your package arrives within 2-7 business days. If you have a preferred delivery day, let us know, and we will do our best to coordinate your order’s release accordingly, though we cannot guarantee it.

Duty Charges for USA Orders
We cover all duty fees for orders shipped to the USA. You won’t have to worry about any unexpected charges when your package arrives.
