If the courier believes it is safe to do so, the package may be left at your door. If not, the driver will usually attempt delivery again over the next 2 days. After 3 delivery attempts, the package may be taken to the courier’s nearest pickup location.
What should I do if my Hamuq package arrives damaged?
If the packaging appears damaged and you believe the product may also be damaged, take photos right away and email them to info@hamuq.com so our team can help resolve the issue.
Can I schedule my Hamuq mattress delivery for a specific time?
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Hamuq orders are typically shipped with couriers such as FedEx and usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days. We can try to time the shipment so it arrives on a preferred day, but this is not guaranteed.
Are Hamuq mattress boxes heavy?
Yes. Hamuq mattress boxes can be heavy depending on the model and size ordered, so you may need help moving the box into your home or bedroom.
Does Hamuq offer in-home setup?
No. Hamuq does not currently offer in-home setup service.

How do I unbox a Hamuq mattress?
Open the box, remove the mattress, carefully cut away the plastic wrapping, and allow the mattress a few hours to expand.
When can I sleep on my new Hamuq mattress?
You can sleep on your Hamuq mattress the same day it is unboxed. It may take up to 48 hours to fully expand to its original shape.
Are there duty charges for Hamuq orders shipped to the United States?
No. Hamuq covers all duties on U.S. orders, so you should not have to worry about unexpected duty charges.

120-Night Trial and Returns
What is the Hamuq 120-night sleep trial?
Hamuq offers a 120-night at-home sleep trial so you can try your mattress or product in the comfort of your own home. Customers must keep the product for at least 30 nights to allow their body time to adjust. Returned products must also be in donatable condition to qualify.
How do Hamuq returns work?
If you decide your Hamuq mattress or bed frame is not right for you, Hamuq will arrange pickup from your home and either donate or recycle the product. For other products, we provide a prepaid FedEx return label so you can send the item back free of charge.
Will I get a full refund if I return my Hamuq?
Yes. If your return qualifies under the trial policy, your original form of payment will be refunded in full.
How do I start a Hamuq return?
