Our orders usually ship out next business day. Once an order comes in, our team immediately works on processing the order for pickup by courier the next day.

Courier tracking is good to follow although it is not always 100% accurate. We recommend keeping your current bed and mattress until your new Hamuq arrives. The estimated delivery date shown is not always 100% accurate and we want to ensure you always have a bed to sleep in.
If you are moving and need your order for a certain date, we can not guarantee the order arrives at your new home on the date you require. We recommend ordering it in advance to your current location and then taking it with you to your new home. All of our products come in a box so they are fairly easy to move.
