If you are moving and need your order for a certain date, we can not guarantee the order arrives at your new home on the date you require. We recommend ordering it in advance to your current location and then taking it with you to your new home. All of our products come in a box so they are fairly easy to move.

  • Our coils are 100% Canadian double tempered steel, forged in small batches specifically for us at Galaxy by the Salwan Family. The Salwan family has been making coils for three generations in Toronto.
  • The fabric used is produced by Fine Cotton, a fabric manufacturer in Toronto.
  • All our foams are produced by Vitafoam, in Toronto. Our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, which means they are made without ozone-depleting chemicals and phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The foams have been tested for low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).

Third Purchase

It started with our King size that we wanted to purchase locally and found the Hamuq brand and found that we absolutely loved it, so when our daughter grew into a larger bed we got the same mattress for her and now a third for our son. Everyone in our house is sleeping well so mission accomplished.

Amazing!

This was our 4 mattress purchased. We have them in our home and at our cottage. We LOVE this mattress. Our guests always rave about it. Very convenient delivery, easy set up. We will never go with another brand.

Worst experience and customer service

The carrier that HAMUQ did business with (Frontier) lost the shipment in one of their warehouses somewhere in Ontario and have been looking for it for weeks now. The estimated delivery time has now gone from 5 business days to 20 and they still have not found it. HAMUQ is not willing to refund or send a new mattress and deal with their carrier internally and as the customer I have no mattress, even though it was paid for and needed weeks ago. This situation is problematic and there is no customer service offered from the company to help.

Comfortable mattress

Tried the new organic hybrid, but it was too firm for me. I had sore shoulders after sleeping on it. But this original hybrid is perfect. Comfortable and firm at the same time.

So comfortable

The hybrid mattress was perfect for my husband. I needed it just a little softer than medium firm. Hamuq sent us a 2" topper and now we sleep in heaven! Excellent customer service. Fabulous mattress.

The best!

After doing hours and hours of research, reading independent and not so independent mattress reviews, we decided on a Hamuq. It does not spend thousands on ads, so I know they rely on having a great product to keep them in business. I love the coil/foam hybrid. It's the best of both worlds with bounce, motion isolation and support. I would say the firmness is perfect. Just need to ensure your bed slats or box springs are designed for mattress in a box.

Not firm enough for me

Great product no issues with product quality but quickly discovered mattress is not firm enough for me. It is firmer than my old Douglas mattress but still not firm enough. I am currently looking at options and will be returning it.

Great Mattress!

Mattress was everything we expected! Very soft and comfortable, but with plenty of support as well. I sleep on my side while my wife tends to sleep on her stomach, and it's great for both of us. Highly recommend!
