How fast can a mattress be delivered in Toronto?

All eight brands deliver to Toronto free by standard courier. Only Endy publishes an estimate for the Greater Toronto Area itself, and only Endy and Casper Canada, of the eight, publish a service that carries the mattress in and takes the old one away. The table quotes each brand's own shipping pages and help articles, read on September 25, 2026.

Every figure is the brand's own estimate: Endy says its estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, Douglas, Juno and Logan & Cove say they cannot guarantee dates for remote orders or unforeseen delays, and Hamuq says its shipping estimates are "NOT guarantees". Endy's and Casper Canada's $99 services remove one old mattress and box spring per mattress or bed frame bought. The Hamuq row is shaded because Hamuq publishes this guide.

In a condo or apartment, standard delivery usually ends at the lobby or the door. Endy's partners "are not able to bring it inside your home or apartment" and ask residents of multi-unit buildings to collect the order from the lobby. Silk & Snow says its couriers "will not be able to bring the shipment to your unit" and asks you to warn your concierge and share your buzz code. The Douglas, Juno and Logan & Cove driver "is not obligated to enter apartment buildings". Casper Canada's partners leave a standard delivery at your door without a signature, and Hamuq's courier may leave the package at your door if it is safe, then tries again over the next two days.

Timing a delivery. Douglas says it cannot schedule a delivery for a specific date or time but can delay processing your order, and Hamuq says it will try to coordinate a preferred delivery day but cannot guarantee it. Endy's Full-Service Delivery and Casper Canada's In-Home Delivery & Setup work by appointment: Endy says appointments are typically scheduled within four weeks of purchase, Casper Canada within four weeks of its setup team receiving your items, and both give a 3-hour window on the morning of delivery. Where a brand's own pages disagree: Silk & Snow's delivery-time article gives Ontario 1 to 3 business days, its expedited-shipping article says 2 to 3, and its help centre home page gives 2 to 3 business days for processing against 2 to 4 in both articles. Polysleep's shipping policy and its Sierra and Luna pages say about 3 business days in Ontario, while its Origin page says 5 to 10 business days, and its product pages show an "Order now to get it by" date that moves forward each day (it read October 7, 2026 on September 25). Hamuq's pages also give more than one delivery figure; the table quotes its product-page shipping table and its shipping policy.

How much is a queen mattress from brands that deliver to Toronto?

On September 25, 2026, the lowest listed queen at the eight brands ran from $549 for the all-foam Juno Mattress to $1,299 for The Casper in Firm, in Canadian dollars before tax. These are each brand's listed prices on its Canadian site, and standard delivery to Toronto adds nothing to them.

If you want coils, each brand's lowest listed hybrid queen on September 25, 2026 was the Juno Hybrid at $649, the Douglas Original Hybrid at $949, the Hamuq Original Hybrid at $999, the Silk & Snow Hybrid at $1,010 in Firm, the Logan & Cove Choice at $1,199, the Endy Elevate Hybrid at $1,395 in Firm or Medium-Firm and the Casper Original Hybrid at $1,999 in Firm. The three Polysleep models priced for this guide, the Sierra, the Origin ($995) and the Luna ($1,375), are all-foam. The Hamuq Organic Hybrid, with latex over coils, is $1,999 in queen. Listed price or promotion price. Three brands showed a discount on a mattress on September 25, 2026, and two of them on their lowest listed queen. Silk & Snow's site carried a "Flash Sale: 15% Off All Mattresses" banner, and its product page pre-selected 15% off in place of a free bedding bundle, so its Firm foam queen showed $658.75; the pages we read gave no end date. Polysleep's 25% off sitewide sale put the Sierra queen at $596.25, with a countdown timer on the product page but no stated end date for the sale. At Casper Canada, the Wave Hybrid Snow was the only one of the three models we priced that was discounted, by 15% ($3,399 in queen, listed at $3,999). Endy, Juno, Douglas and Logan & Cove offered free bedding with a mattress, while supplies last, instead of a lower mattress price, and neither Hamuq mattress page showed a discount. What does a queen mattress cost in Toronto with 13% HST?

Online prices are shown before tax, and a mattress delivered to Toronto is taxed at Ontario's 13% HST. The Canada Revenue Agency uses this exact case as its example: a store that delivers a mattress to a customer in Toronto charges 13% HST because the place of supply is Ontario. The table adds 13% to each listed queen price; your checkout total is what counts.

Our arithmetic on listed prices. A sale price is taxed on the lower amount: Polysleep's $596.25 Sierra comes to $673.76 with HST, and Silk & Snow's $658.75 Firm queen to $744.39. Endy's and Casper Canada's $99 room-delivery services are quoted "plus tax", which is $111.87 with 13% HST. The Hamuq row is shaded because Hamuq publishes this guide.

Can you try these mattresses in a Toronto store?

Six of the eight brands list a Toronto-area store on their own store finder, so you can lie on those mattresses before you order; Polysleep lists partner retailers, and Hamuq has no showroom. Buying in a store can change the terms, so ask before you pay.

Store details are as each brand's store finder listed them on September 25, 2026. Silk & Snow lists its Toronto Showroom at 670 Caledonia Road, its Summerhill Store at 1133 Yonge St and its Markville Store in Markham, plus EQ3 partner showrooms in Liberty Village and on King St. E. Casper Canada's finder also lists a Sherway Gardens store, last updated in 2023, that we did not confirm is open. We did not check hours or stock, and we did not visit any store. What changes when you buy in a store. Endy's trial page says mattresses bought at retail locations may be subject to different terms and to ask an associate in store, and its sale details say its promotional offers are "valid online only at endy.com". Silk & Snow's terms say a product bought through a Silk & Snow authorized retailer must be returned to that retailer, with proof of purchase. Polysleep's refund policy excludes wholesale partners from its trial, and Casper Canada's terms make a purchase from a third-party seller "a transaction solely between you and such Third-Party Seller". The Douglas, Juno and Logan & Cove store pages we read do not say whether the online trial or prices apply in store, so ask.

How to weigh it. A store lets you compare several feels in one visit; buying online means testing one mattress at home and relying on the trial if it is wrong. Either way, confirm three things before you pay: which trial applies to your purchase, who collects the mattress if you return it, and whether the price matches the brand's website that day. Who is behind these brands, as they state it: Endy calls Sleep Country Canada its parent company, and Casper Canada's terms say it is owned by Sleep Country Canada Inc. Both brands' in-home delivery uses Sleep Country Canada partners, and Casper Canada's store finder says Casper is "now available at Sleep Country and Dormez-Vous". Douglas, Juno and Logan & Cove are GoodMorning.com brands, and the same two GoodMorning Mattress Stores appear on all three brands' store finders. Who picks up a returned mattress in Toronto, and what must you do?

All eight brands collect a returned mattress from your home, but the wait before you can return it, who comes and what you must do differ. Endy and Casper Canada say pickups are usually on weekdays, Polysleep asks for someone to be available during business hours, five brands want the mattress at ground level, and four ask for plastic or a mattress bag. "Returns from night 21" means a trial return cannot be started before that night. The Hamuq row is shaded because Hamuq publishes this guide.

Refunds after pickup. Douglas, Juno and Logan & Cove process the refund within 2 business days after the pickup, plus 2 to 5 business days for it to appear. Polysleep refunds within 2 business days after you send the charity's receipt. Endy's trial page says a refund may take up to 15 business days, and Casper Canada's returns page says refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Silk & Snow's help centre says it refunds once its partners confirm the pickup, and its terms say refunds are issued within two business days of receiving the product and can take up to 14 business days to appear. Hamuq's refund policy says refunds are processed immediately after pickup and may take 3 to 5 business days to appear.

Free bedding on a return. Endy asks you to return its free Everyday Sleep Set with a returned mattress or forfeit its value, up to $685, and Silk & Snow's terms deduct 50% of an unreturned free promotional item's value, or its full retail value when it came with an offer code.

After the trial. A defect found later falls under the warranty. On September 25, 2026, warranties ran 15 years at Douglas, Juno, Logan & Cove, Silk & Snow and Hamuq, with cost-sharing in years 11 to 15 at the GoodMorning.com brands (which say they cover 75% of the cost in those years) and at Silk & Snow. Casper Canada gave 10 years, Endy 10 by default or 15 with registration, and Polysleep 5 years on the Sierra. What these warranties typically cover is explained in our mattress warranty guide.

Where pages disagree: Polysleep's product pages show a "30-Night Trial" badge and "Free Returns", while its refund policy gives 100 nights, its return conditions page lists an $85 return fee, and that page asks for the request between days 45 and 99. Logan & Cove's purchase policy says returns start from the 30th night, refers to a 20-year warranty period and gives 14 business days for refunds, where its returns and warranty pages say night 21 and 15 years. An Endy help article gives 3 to 5 business days for a refund after a confirmed pickup, against up to 15 on its trial page, and a Casper Canada help page says two weeks. Hamuq's return policy page requires 30 nights before a return, while its refund policy only recommends 30 nights. The table follows each brand's trial or returns page.

How do you get rid of an old mattress in Toronto?

In a house on City collection, set the old mattress beside your garbage bin on your garbage collection day: the City of Toronto collects mattresses and box springs as oversized items, paid for by an annual fee. In an apartment, condo or co-op, ask your property manager; otherwise, drive it to a City Drop-Off Depot, or buy from a brand that removes it on delivery. Nighttime collection areas set items out after 6 p.m. and before 9 p.m. on collection day. The City's fee and depot rates are its 2026 rates. The removal services are Endy's Full-Service Delivery and Casper Canada's In-Home Delivery & Setup.

• Leave 0.5 metres between items, and never put them behind or on snowbanks; in a snowstorm, the City says to hold oversized items until the next collection date.
• The City asks for plastic wrap only for bed bugs: for mattresses infested with bed bugs, it says to "wrap them completely in plastic", and suggests slashing the mattress so it is not reused. Its oversized items page does not ask for wrapping otherwise.
• The City's 2026 fees "cover the cost for unlimited collection and processing" of oversized and metal items, among other services, and its oversized items page lists no charge per mattress for curbside pickup.
• If a pickup is missed, the oversized items page links to the City's missed-collection report.

Brand removal. Endy's and Casper Canada's paid delivery services remove one old mattress and box spring per new mattress or bed frame; neither removes bed frames or other furniture. With standard delivery, Endy says it cannot remove a used mattress but may be able to suggest a local pickup service, and the Douglas, Juno and Logan & Cove driver will not remove it. Endy is the only one of the eight that publishes an estimate for the Greater Toronto Area itself, 1 to 3 business days in transit after processing, and says orders placed before 1:00 pm ET should leave its warehouse the same day. Hamuq's product pages say "FREE delivery in 2-5 business days" for the Original Hybrid and 3 to 5 business days for the Organic Hybrid, though its shipping policy says 2 to 7 business days once an order is processed. Where it falls short: these are the brands' own estimates, and Endy and Hamuq say theirs are not guaranteed. Endy's quick option is standard delivery, which its partners bring to your door or lobby, not inside.

If you want to lie on it first

Silk & Snow lists five locations in Toronto and Markham on its store finder: its own stores on Caledonia Road, on Yonge Street in Summerhill and in Markham, plus two EQ3 partner showrooms in Toronto. Endy has a store at CF Sherway Gardens, Douglas, Juno and Logan & Cove share GoodMorning Mattress Stores in Etobicoke and Woodbridge, and Casper Canada's finder lists a store on Queen Street West. Where it falls short: store terms can differ from online terms. Endy says so, and Silk & Snow's terms send returns of products bought through an authorized retailer back to that retailer. Silk & Snow also asks you to contact a store to check what is available to buy there.

If price comes first

At $549 ($620.37 with HST), the all-foam Juno Mattress had the lowest listed queen of the eight, and the Juno Hybrid added coils for $649; both come in one medium-firm feel. On sale that day, the Polysleep Sierra showed $596.25 (listed at $795) and Silk & Snow's Firm foam queen $658.75 (listed at $775). Basis: listed and displayed queen prices on September 25, 2026.

Where it falls short: Juno has a 120-night trial with returns from night 21, publishes no Ontario or Toronto estimate beyond "ships within 1-7 business days", and offers no carry-in or removal.
