What happens if you are not home when the courier comes?

Email info@hamuq.com within the 120 nights to start a return. Per the return policy, the mattress must be in donatable condition, and Hamuq sends a courier to collect it and either donate it to a local charity or have it recycled. Your original form of payment is refunded 100 percent. The FAQ says refunds are issued right after the pickup is completed, and that depending on your bank it may take 3 to 5 business days to appear. Keep the original plastic or buy a mattress bag, which the return policy prices at about $15.
